--Media Server (efficiently store and organize media content)
--increase access to laptops or labs for blended learning environments
--initiate discussions regarding personal cell phones being allowed on campus
--Project Share (TEA initiative)...this is coming this year...statewide initiative to provide the network infrastructure for student electronic portfolios for every TX student! Phase 1 focuses on online teacher PD
--funding for one to one initiatives
--new LMS...Blackboard Gateway subscription expires 4/1/10
